Terms & Conditions/Reservation Agreement:

Rob Livery Service reserves the right to charge 50% cancellations with 24-hour from the reservation. No shows will be charged the full amount. If the passenger misses their flight and the driver is on route, they will be charged the full amount. Rob Livery Service shall not be liable for passenger flights or trains that are missed, cancelled, diverted, or delayed or any incident which results in failure to comply with the cancellation policy. Extra Stops/Wait Time: All extra stops are billed at a minimum of $35 . Early Morning/Late Pick Ups: All pick ups from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM are subject to $10 fee that goes directly to the chauffeur in addition to the recommended gratuity. Holiday Fee: All pick ups on a listed holiday below are subject to a $35 fee that goes directly to the chauffeur as an incentive for working on the holiday. Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year. Per Massport & MA State Police Drivers Are Not Allowed To Leave Their Vehicles At Logan International Airport. For Arrivals Into Terminal A (Delta And Delta Shuttle): Please exit out door A102 in baggage claim and follow crosswalk to the limousine stand at the furthest island from the terminal to meet your driver. For Arrivals Into Terminal B (Alaska, American, Air Canada, Southwest, Spirit Air, United): Please exit doors B102, B104, or B113 In baggage claim and turn left, follow to crosswalk into parking garage where you can meet your driver. For Arrivals Into Terminal C (Jet Blue, Cape Air, Sun Country, Air Lingus, And Virgin America): Terminal C Pick Ups Will Be In The Central Parking Garage Level G (Ground Level) From baggage claim follow the signs to Level 3, of Terminal C using the escalators or elevators. Upon reaching Level 3, customers will follow the signs and proceed through the walkway (skywalk/bridge) to Central Parking Garage. *Customers will take the elevator to the Ground Level and follow the signs to their desired mode of transportation at the pickup curb. For Arrivals Into Terminal E (All International Arrivals, Porter and Air Trans) Exit the Terminal By Hudson News (Door E 104) on the lower level & cross over to the pedestrian walkway to the 3rd island and the limousine stand will be on your left. For arrivals Into Providence T.F Green The driver will be waiting at the bottom of the escalator near baggage claim. Please check the vehicle to make sure you have all your belonging. Rob Livery Service is not responsible for articles left in the vehicles. with submission of credit card information, client agrees to all terms, conditions, and current or potential post-billable additional charges outlined above.
